These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trello Power-Up (“Service”) provided by pVision. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before use.
1. Definitions
- “Service” refers to the Trello Power-Up and related features provided by pVision.
- “User” refers to any individual or organization that uses the Service under these Terms.
- “Free Plan” refers to the no-cost tier of the Service, which offers limited functionality.
- “Pro Plan” refers to the paid tier of the Service available on a subscription basis.
- “Trello” refers to the task management tool provided by Atlassian Corporation Plc.
- “Lemon Squeezy” refers to Lemon Squeezy, Inc. and its services, which handle payment processing for the Service.
2. Applicability
These Terms apply to all aspects of the relationship between the User and pVision with respect to the use of the Service.
pVision may establish additional guidelines or policies related to the Service. Such guidelines form part of these Terms.
3. The Service
The Service operates as a Power-Up within Trello and requires a valid Trello account.
The Service is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Atlassian Corporation Plc or Trello.
The Service is available under a Free Plan and a Pro Plan. The features available under each plan are separately defined by pVision.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for the Pro Plan is separately defined by pVision. For details, please refer to:
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (https://lemonsqueezy.com), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. pVision does not receive or store your payment details, such as credit card numbers.
Applicable taxes, including sales tax and VAT, are calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with local laws.
The Pro Plan is offered as a recurring subscription. You will be charged automatically to your registered payment method until you cancel.
Pricing may change at pVision’s discretion. Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.
5. Refunds
Refunds are managed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record.
You may request a refund in the following circumstances:
- You have encountered a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, and we are unable to resolve it.
- You were charged in error or charged more than once.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the most recent payment.

6. Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro Plan subscription at any time via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Pro Plan until the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds for unused time are not provided, except where the refund policy in Section 5 applies.
7. Data Handling
The Service shares your Trello Board ID and Member ID with Lemon Squeezy solely for the purpose of license verification. These are Trello’s internal identifiers and do not contain personal or business information.

8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to pVision or its licensors. These Terms grant you the right to use the Service and do not transfer any intellectual property rights.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service without authorization.
- Resell or redistribute the Service to third parties.
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service.
- Violate any applicable laws or these Terms.
- Engage in any other activity that pVision reasonably deems inappropriate.
10. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
pVision may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable advance notice. In cases of emergency, prior notice may not be possible.
pVision is not liable for any loss or damage arising from such changes, suspension, or discontinuation, except where caused by pVision’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is.” pVision makes no warranties that the Service will meet your requirements, be available without interruption, or be free of errors.
pVision is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from changes to or discontinuation of Trello or its services.
In no event shall pVision’s total liability exceed the amounts the User paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
pVision may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the Service or pVision’s website along with the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
