What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you only when you provide it to us directly for support via email or GitHub. The information may include your contact details (e.g., your name, email address) or reference data for support.
We collect the following logging data for the statistical analysis.
- Board ID
- Member ID
- IP Address
The Board ID and Member ID are Trello’s internal IDs and do not include personal or business information.
How do we use the information we collect?
We use the information about you to provide support.
How do we share the information we collect?
We do not share the information with any 3rd party.
How do we store and secure the information we collect?
We store your contact information on our mail server or on GitHub (depending on the channel you selected to contact us).
We temporarily store the reference data (if you provide it) on our development server while we use it to support you. After that, we delete the data.
We store the logging data on AWS servers and download it to our development server. As they are anonymous, we may keep them without a specific time limit.
How do we transfer the information we collect internationally?
We store the information you provided via e-mail on our servers in Japan and do not transfer it to any other country.
We store the information downloaded from AWS servers and GitHub on our development servers in Japan, and do not transfer it to any other country.
