This guide explains how to manipulate cards using Stepra.

Card Operation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Stepra adds a workflow section to the card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

[Step]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This displays which step in the workflow the card is currently in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

[Action]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buttons for actions you can perform at this step will be displayed. By pressing a button, you can perform the action and proceed to the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

[Comments and Activity]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If “Logging” is checked in the workflow definition, changes to the step will be recorded in the “Comments and Activity” section of the card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Card Initialization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A new card needs to be initialized to start the workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

[Action]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Immediately after creating a card, an [Initialize] button will appear. Pressing this button sets the card’s step to the first step in the workflow, allowing you to start it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: What if the step shows as “undefined”?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: The step will show as “undefined” in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The previously configured steps were deleted in [Edit Power-Up settings].<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The initial state is not defined in [Edit Power-Up settings].<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Board administrators need to take the following actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Change the current step directly to the appropriate one.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
