About Plans

Stepra is available in the following two plans:

Free Plan	Pro Plan
Free	$3 / board / month (excluding tax)
Up to 4 board members	No limit on the number of members.
Suitable for small teams or for evaluation purposes. A user should be a member of the board. If there are more than 5 members, workflow actions (e.g., submit/approve) are disabled.	This is a subscription service per board, on a monthly basis. Any user with write permission is eligible. Start with a 14-day free trial. Apply only the first time on each board. Payments will be processed through Lemon Squeezy’s payment system. Accept credit cards and PayPal.

How to Purchase the Pro Plan

To purchase, open the [Edit Power-Up settings > Plan] menu on your board.

Pricing During the Free Trial

The price is shown excluding tax. After the trial ends, applicable taxes (VAT, etc.) will apply based on your region.

Canceling the Free Trial

When the free trial period ends, your subscription starts automatically. If you don’t want to continue, make sure to cancel before the trial expires.

After Cancellation

Canceling the Pro plan does not delete your workflow data. If your usage falls within the Free plan limits, everything continues to work as normal. If you exceed those limits, you lose only the ability to execute actions — your data stays intact.

Important Notes on Purchase

If multiple admins open the Edit Power-Up Settings screen and attempt to purchase simultaneously, you may be charged more than once unintentionally. Please designate one admin to handle the purchase.

How to Cancel

Cancellation must be completed on the Lemon Squeezy website. The confirmation email that Lemon Squeezy sends after you subscribe includes instructions for accessing the site. Uninstalling Stepra or deleting your board does NOT automatically cancel your subscription.
