Plans
RedSync has three plans: Free, Personal, and Pro (paid).
The Pro Plan is a subscription to a board. There is no charge for each user, so the fee is the same as how many users you have on a board. However, you need a board for each project.
The Personal Plan aims at the personal use or evaluation. The number of board users is limited to one. If you add multiple users, RedSync works as the Free Plan. If the Personal Plan is enabled with the Pro plan, RedSync works as the Pro plan.
You can select a plan or switch depending on your needs and the project phase.

A Pro plan provides RedSync Proxy that supports the bi-directional integration with Redmine without CORS.
How to Upgrade?
Clicking the following icon lets you access the Optro marketplace and get RedSync’s Pro Plan. It provides a free trial as well.
You can enable the Personal Plan on the Settings page.
Switch Plans Based On Your Needs
You can pay only for what you need by switching between the Free and Pro Plans. For instance, you may want to use the Pro Plan during the peak period of the project for frequent reporting and switch back to the Free Plan after that period.
