What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you only when you provide it to us directly for support via email or Github. The information may include your contact (e.g., email address, your name, etc.) or reference data for support.

We collect the following data for the statistical analysis.
- Board ID
- Member ID
- IP Address
The Board ID and Member ID are Trello’s internal IDs and do not include personal or business information.
Note: To sync data between Trello and Redmine, RedSync accesses your data in your Trello workspace and Redmine server. However, RedSync does not store or transmit that data outside your Trello workspace and Redmine server.
How do we use the information we collect?
We use the information about you to provide support.

We do not share the information with any 3rd party.
How do we store and secure the information we collect?
We store your contact information in our mail server or Github (depending on which channel you selected to contact us).
We temporarily store the reference data (if you provide it) on our development server while we use it to support you. After that, we delete the data.
We store the statistical data on our development server. As they are anonymous, we may keep them without a specific time limit.
How do we transfer the information we collect internationally?
We store the information you provided on our servers in Japan and do not transfer it to any other country.
